The industrial zone relies on three power sources for electricity: the national power grid (220kV), the regional power grid (110kV) for backup, and renewable energy such as solar and wind. The total capacity is 626MVA, with a three-level protection system. It operates 24/7 under supervision to ensure immediate isolation and minimize disruptions.

Water demands

To meet water demands, the industrial zone provides a daily capacity of 20.000m3 of water, ensuring stable supply for businesses.

Drainage system

The comprehensive wastewater and stormwater management system follows the road networks and focuses on treatment facilities. It includes underground reinforced concrete pipelines, manholes, backup reservoirs, and open channels with tide gates.

Waste

Waste is classified, collected, and transported from factories to centralized disposal sites in the city.

Wastewater treatment

DEEP C Hai Phong III operates a wastewater treatment plant meeting ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. It runs 24/7 with an initial capacity of 6.000m3/day, expandable to 12.000m3/day. Wastewater is collected from customer factories and treated to higher quality than natural water before discharge. Sludge is reused after treatment, and the treated water is reused for irrigation.

Port

The liquid bulk port bridge in Deep C is designed for vessels of 10.000 to 20.000 DWT.

Fire protection system

The industrial zone conducts regular inspections of customer pipelines and performs monitoring and maintenance of auxiliary equipment and port structure. An installed fire protection system ensures a pressure of 5-7 bar and a reservoir capacity of 1,000m3 throughout the port area.

Telecommunications

DEEP C offers flexible telecommunications solutions to investors through its one-stop model, ensuring stable and reliable connectivity without the need for new infrastructure investment when changing service providers.
