• It occupies a strategic position, connecting three major urban areas: Duc Hoa town, Hau Nghia town (Tay Ninh), and Cu Chi district (Ho Chi Minh City). Additionally, it is also close to Hoc Mon town, further enhancing its accessibility and connectivity.
• Additionally, it borders Xuan Thoi Son A Canal and Thai Cai Canal, along with the vibrant Northwest area of Ho Chi Minh City.

Geographic Location:

III. INFRASTRUCTURE OF DUC HOA 3 – SLICO URBAN AREA:

• Strategically situated, the Urban Area easily accessible via Provincial Road 8, a 12-meter wide road (scheduled for expansion to 40 meters). Upon arrival, investors can utilize internal roads, including N4 Road (36 meters wide) and D1 Road (32 meters wide) with 4 lanes, connecting to factories.
• Electricity supply is sourced from the Tay Ninh Power Company’s 22kV high-voltage line. Plans are underway to connect to a 110kV line, along with a 40+63MVA electricity capacity from the local power grid.
• Water supply comes from Phu My Vinh Water Plant (15,000 m³/day) and Kinh Dong Water Plant (30,000 m³/day). The water is priced at 8,600VND/m³. The water pressure is maintained at 2.5-3kg/cm². There are no restrictions on water usage.
• Factories in the area will collect wastewater. They will treat it to Grade B standards per Vietnam’s regulations. Afterward, it undergoes further treatment to meet Grade A standards. The discharge will incur a processing fee of 6,000VND/m³.

• The Urban Area is responsible for treating wastewater. It aims to meet Grade A standards before discharge. This is in compliance with the QCVN 24:2009 BTNMT standards.
• Telecommunication services commit to meeting all investor requirements by connecting them to the Tay Ninh telecommunications network and providing over 2,400 telephone lines and high-speed communication services.
