I. Information about VSIP Lang Son Industrial Park:

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai signed Decision No. 501/QD-TTg on May 15, 2023, thereby approving the investment policy for the construction and operation of infrastructure in VSIP Lang Son Industrial Park in Lang Son province.

The People’s Committee of Lang Son Province has decided to rename Huu Lung Industrial Park to VSIP Lang Son Industrial Park in Decision No. 878/QD-UBND on June 8, 2023.

The Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company (VSIP) is investing in the project to construct and operate the infrastructure in VSIP Lang Son Industrial Park.

The total area of the industrial park is approximately 599.76 hectares, including:

  • Phase 1: Land area of 200 hectares.
  • Phase 2: Land area of 250 hectares.
  • Phase 3: Land area of 149.76 hectares.

The total investment capital for the project is 6,361,328,000,000 Vietnamese dong, equivalent to 274,668,739 US dollars. The investor’s capital contribution is 954,199,200,000 Vietnamese dong, equivalent to 41,200,311 US dollars.

The project will operate for 50 years starting from May 15, 2023.

Land use planning includes:

  • Factory and warehouse area (approximately 428 hectares).
  • Technical infrastructure area (approximately 10 hectares).
  • Administrative and service area (approximately 7 hectares).
  • Transportation area (over 86 hectares).
  • Greenery and water surface area (approximately 69 hectares).

Assessment of the industrial park:

The aim of the construction planning for VSIP Lang Son Industrial Park is to create a strategic land fund, utilizing the potential and locational advantages of the land to develop a concentrated industrial park with various industrial sectors.

It contributes to job creation for the labor force, increases the provincial budget revenue, ensures social equity and stability, develops the real estate market, and creates an investment-attractive and investment-promoting environment.

II. Geographical location:

VSIP Lang Son is located in Hoa Thang and Ho Son communes, Huu Lung district, Lang Son province.


  • North: Adjacent to Na Vi hamlet and Dong Gia hamlet, Ho Son commune.
  • South: Adjacent to Suoi Ngang 1 hamlet, Hoa Thang commune.
  • East: Adjacent to the Hanoi – Lang Son railway.
  • West: Adjacent to the Bac Giang – Lang Son expressway.

III. Infrastructure of VSIP Lang Son Industrial Park :

Internal Transportation:

  • The road system includes 2 internal lanes and 2 main roads with 4 lanes each, ensuring access for large-sized vehicles.

Electricity System:

  • The electricity system is supplied from a 35KV power grid at the 110KV substation. Public lighting system:
  • The street lighting network is separately designed with a power supply system arranged along the traffic routes.

Water System:

  • The water system meets the demands for both domestic use and other production activities, providing sufficient supply for customers’ needs.

Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage System:

  • The rainwater drainage system flows naturally along the roads into the channels surrounding the industrial park.
  • The wastewater drainage system is arranged along the roads and converges at the Treatment Station of the Industrial Park.

Waste Treatment:

  • Service contracts with professional waste treatment units will be signed by the investor.

Wastewater Treatment:

  • The centralized waste treatment station will treat wastewater from factories within the industrial park, as well as domestic wastewater, before discharging it into the natural environment.

Communication System:

  • A modern, advanced network system following international standards is installed to provide telecommunication services, enabling communication both domestically and internationally.

IV. Investment-attracting industries in VSIP Lang Son Industrial Park:
