Yen Phong II A Industrial Park – Bac Ninh is a component of the comprehensive development plan for Yen Phong II Industrial, Urban, and Service Zone, sanctioned by the Prime Minister in 2007.

Decision 220/QD-TTg approved the investment project for constructing and developing infrastructure of Yen Phong II A Industrial Park on February 19, 2021, with a planned area of 151.27 hectares.

Western Pacific Infrastructure Joint Stock Company invests in the project with a capital investment of over 1,830 billion VND and an operating period of 50 years. Bac Ninh province approves Yen Phong II A Industrial Park on November 11, 2021, with a detailed zoning plan at a scale of 1/2000.

The total planned area is 151.27 hectares, with 83.19 hectares (55% of the total area) allocated for industrial land leasing.

The main functional areas within Yen Phong II A Industrial Park include:

  • Factory and warehouse construction area.
  • Office and service area.
  • Concentrated greenery area and isolated greenery area.
  • Road infrastructure, parking lots, and key technical infrastructure.

Currently, Yen Phong II A Industrial Park is undergoing accelerated construction of infrastructure works and is expected to officially operate from the end of the first quarter of 2023. Internal transportation system:

The road network of Yen Phong II A Industrial Park is arranged in a grid pattern, with:

  • The main axis of the industrial park having a cross-section width of 87.5 meters.
  • Branch roads within the industrial park ranging in width from 20.5 meters to 42 meters.
  • Road width ranging from 10 meters to 10.5 meters on each side.
  • The industrial park designs and constructs the road system to efficiently accommodate traffic flow and the load capacity of goods for the operating projects.

Power supply system:

  • Yen Phong II A Industrial Park sources its production power supply from the 110/35/22KV Yen Phong 8 substation, which has a capacity of 3*63 MVA.
  • It can be supplemented by 02 internal substations with a capacity of 40 MVA.
  • Within the industrial park, the power lines of 22 kV are arranged along the transportation routes and are stepped down to 0.4 KV to connect to each plot of land.

Water supply system:

  • Investors in Yen Phong II A Industrial Park are investing in the construction of a water treatment plant. The plant will supply clean water from the surface water source of the Cau River. It will have a water supply capacity of 7,000 m3/day and night to meet the demand for clean water for production within the industrial park.

Wastewater treatment system:

  • Wastewater generated in the industrial park will undergo treatment. The treatment will be conducted through a centralized system.
  • The system has a capacity of 5,000 m3/day and night. The treatment process aims to meet Class A environmental technical standards in Vietnam.

Fire protection and firefighting system:

  • The fire hydrant pipeline system is designed to serve within a radius of 150 meters at all points within the industrial park.

Communication system:

  • Investors have invested and constructed a central telephone system with over 6,800 contact numbers. The system is connected along the internal transportation routes through technical boxes and is ready to be connected to each plot of land as required.

IV. Investment-attracting industries in Yen Phong II A Industrial Park – Bac Ninh:

  • Regarding corporate income tax: Applicable tax rate of 20%.
  • 100% exemption of corporate income tax for the first 2 years and 50% reduction of corporate income tax for the following 4 years.
  • Regarding import tax: Exemption of import tax for imported goods used to establish fixed assets for new investment projects.
