Dong Van I Industrial Park – Ha Nam is the earliest invested and constructed industrial park in Ha Nam province, with modern and synchronized infrastructure and facilities.

Dong Van I Industrial Park:
Decision 1117/QD-UBND dated September 14, 2007 by the People’s Committee of Ha Nam province regarding the establishment of Dong Van I Industrial Park (221.2 hectares).
The industrial park is located in Dong Van, Duy Minh, and Bach Thuong wards, Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province.
The provincial Industrial Park Management Board is the investor of the industrial park. The management board has implemented infrastructure investment on an area of 221.2 hectares (including 153.5 hectares of industrial land).
Currently, the industrial park’s infrastructure ensures synchronization, including transportation system, power supply system, rainwater drainage system, wastewater drainage system, wastewater treatment plant, clean water system, and telecommunications.
The industrial park has reached 100% occupancy rate.
Dong Van I Industrial Park Expansion:
Decision 817/QD-UBND dated May 27, 2021 by the People’s Committee of Ha Nam province regarding the establishment of the expanded Dong Van I Industrial Park in the northeast of the Vuc Vong intersection (149.6 hectares).
The industrial park is located in Yen Bac ward, Bach Thuong town, Duy Tien district, Ha Nam province.
The Chemical Plastic Joint Stock Company is the investor of the industrial park:
– Phase I (Zone A):
Covering an area of 100 hectares, with 71.4 hectares of industrial land.
Currently, the investor has cleared the land and has been granted 90 hectares for lease by the provincial People’s Committee. The investor is currently carrying out land filling and infrastructure development.
The total leased area is 12 hectares, reaching an occupancy rate of 16.8%.
– Phase II (Zone B):
Covering an area of 49.6 hectares.
The investor has completed land clearance for 40 hectares.

Dong Van 1 Industrial Park has a flat terrain and stable geology, which is convenient for construction and industrial-commercial development.
National Highway 1A and the North-South railway run along the length of the industrial park, about 2km long, adjacent to Dong Van railway station.
The Cau Gie – Ninh Binh expressway project, which passes through Hanoi, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, and Ninh Binh provinces, will also run along Dong Van Industrial Park, providing favorable conditions for transportation and goods circulation within the industrial park.

Wide central roads and branch roads, with a main road of 36m and branch roads of 24m, ensuring normal operation of container trucks and heavy-duty trucks.
Electricity system:
Continuous and stable power supply from the 110KV high-voltage line near the southern border of Dong Van Industrial Park.
Public lighting system:
Separate lighting network designed along the traffic routes with a power supply system for daily use.
Water system:
Water supply system connected to each enterprise within the industrial park.
Wastewater and rainwater treatment system:
Separate systems for rainwater and wastewater (industrial and domestic wastewater).
Rainwater is collected through the system and discharged into rivers in the area.
Wastewater is collected and treated at the industrial park’s wastewater treatment plant.
Waste treatment:
The factories in the industrial park will sign contracts with specialized waste classification, collection, and transportation units to remove waste from the industrial park and prevent pollution to the environment.
Wastewater treatment:
All industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater will be treated by the enterprises to meet the minimum standards of Grade C water before being discharged into the common wastewater system of the industrial park.
Afterwards, the industrial park will continue to treat the wastewater to meet the standards set by the Vietnamese government.

A modern telecommunications and communication system that meets international standards, providing full information services both domestically and internationally.
