Overview of Nam Dong Ha Industrial Park – Quang Tri Province:

Nam Dong Ha Industrial Park – Quang Tri Province was established in 2004 with a planned area of 98,754 hectares.

The industrial park is located in Dong Luong Ward, Dong Ha City, Quang Tri Province.

Currently, it is fully occupied by 37 production and business establishments, with over 3,500 employees.

The management of the industrial park is under the responsibility of the Quang Tri Economic Zone Management Board.

Due to the comprehensive planning of the southern area of Dong Ha City to Hai Lang Lake in Trieu Phong District, with a research scale of about 4,000 hectares, there is a proposal to relocate Nam Dong Ha Industrial Park out of the city in the near future.

Internal transportation system:

• Main road within the industrial park (Number of lanes and road width): 2 lanes, with each lane being 11.25 meters wide.
• Internal roads within the industrial park: Consisting of 3 routes (2 routes with a road width of 11.25 meters, 1 route with a road width of 7.5 meters).

Power supply:

• The power source for production within Nam Dong Ha Industrial Park is ensured by a 110/22kV substation located in the industrial park with a capacity of 25MVA.

Water supply:

• The Dong Ha Water Plant sources water, providing a water supply capacity of 5,000 m3 per day and night in Phase 1.

Wastewater treatment:

• is a centralized wastewater treatment system in Phase 1 with a designed capacity of 3,000 m3 per day.

Communication system:

• Telephone lines have been pre-installed up to the boundary of the land parcels within the industrial park, providing sufficient capacity according to the demand, without limitations on the number of lines.

• Nam Dong Ha Industrial Park has 36 investment projects that have been approved for investment plans or granted investment registration certificates, with a total registered investment capital of 2,239.52 billion VND and a land area of 61.84 hectares.
• In 2021, the revenue reached over 1,440 billion VND, contributing more than 68 billion VND to the state budget and providing employment for around 4,000 workers.

The industrial park offers investment incentives such as:

• Corporate income tax: 10% for the first 15 years, with a tax exemption for the first 4 years and a 50% tax reduction for the following 9 years.
• Import tax exemption for machinery and equipment used for fixed assets.

• In terms of gender structure, females account for 50.4% and males account for 49.6%. In terms of age, the population between 0 and 59 years old accounts for about 90.9%, indicating a young population.
