Spearheaded by the Chu Se Rubber Limited Company, the park’s infrastructure construction and operation project commenced at the end of 2019. With an impressive expanse of nearly 200 hectares, it dedicates 136.07 hectares to business operations. The investment capital for this ambitious project exceeds 517 billion VND.
Located on Highway 14 (Ho Chi Minh Road), the industrial park connects the Central Highlands provinces. Its link to Highway 19 connects Cambodia and central coastal provinces. Its closeness to Le Thanh and Bo Y Border Gates with Cambodia and Laos increases its strategic value.

The project execution is planned in two phases, with a projected completion timeline of four years (2020-2024). Leases are expected to start in 2022 and continue until 2025, with an aim for full occupancy. This significant endeavor officially commenced construction on December 8, 2019.
In summary, the strategic positioning of the Nam Pleiku Industrial Park plays a vital role in its potential. The park’s location on Highway 14, links to Highway 19, and nearness to border gates offer business and integration opportunities. These factors set the stage for a bright future.
Nam Pleiku Industrial Park dedicates over 12% of its total area to green spaces, creating a pleasant landscape along various areas and roads. It intentionally plants these public green spaces and grasslands to enhance the industrial park’s environment.
Any construction projects, including factories and other buildings, must receive approval from the management board. As for the land conditions, the average elevation of the terrain is 9 meters, with the soil being firm and leveled.
The industrial park designs its internal traffic system reasonably to ensure smooth, seamless transportation throughout the area. It constructs main roads within the park that are 32 meters wide and have four lanes, and subsidiary roads that are 23 meters wide and have two lanes. It strictly complies with national regulations in designing and constructing all internal roads, finishing them with Asphalt concrete. The park equips these roads with a complete, aesthetic high-pressure lighting system to enhance safety.
The industrial park sources its power from a 110/35/22KV transformer station and provides a high-voltage power grid along the internal roads. The park also supplies clean water, boasting a capacity of 30,000 m3 per day, from a water treatment plant. It delivers this water to the factory boundaries through an international standard water supply system.
The park operates an efficient waste and water treatment system. It collects wastewater and treats it at the park’s wastewater treatment plant to meet Grade A standards (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before discharging it into the general system. The plant operates with a treatment capacity of 2,900 m3 per day. The park also sorts, collects, and transports waste generated by the factories within its premises out of the area to prevent environmental pollution. Moreover, it filters factories’ emissions to meet national standards before releasing them into the environment.
The park takes the initiative in installing an underground communication cable system and delivering it to the factory boundaries through an international standard cable system. The park actively connects its communication center to the postal telecommunications network to guarantee the fulfillment of all communication needs. Moreover, it stands ready to provide a range of essential services, including private switchboards, international calls, remote conferences, leased lines, high-speed internet, and email among others.
The industrial park takes fire prevention seriously. It equips itself with a fire detection, prevention, and extinguishing system, adhering strictly to national regulations. The park installs fire hydrants at internal traffic junctions and all factories to ensure effective protection against fire and explosion incidents throughout the area.
The Nam Pleiku Industrial Park is envisioned as a multi-industry zone employing modern, high-tech, and environmentally friendly methods in compliance with international standards. The park aims to attract a diverse range of sectors, including:
Assembly mechanics and the production of electronic components and spare parts, focusing on high-tech and precision manufacturing. This opens opportunities for firms specializing in advanced technological devices and their components, fostering a vibrant tech manufacturing hub.
Consumer goods and handicraft production, which caters to both domestic and international markets. This sector would include firms crafting high-quality, artisanal products, further diversifying the offerings within the park.
The textile industry promotes the production of various garments and other textile products. This could attract businesses in clothing manufacturing, contributing to a key export industry of Vietnam.
Food processing and agricultural products, leveraging the agricultural richness of the region. This sector would accommodate companies involved in the transformation of raw ingredients into food, or the creation of value-added agricultural products.
These industries, among others, are part of the park’s inclusive and forward-thinking orientation, seeking to create a robust and diverse industrial ecosystem.
