I. Overview of Tra Da Industrial Park:

The Trà Đa Industrial Zone is located in Trà Đa and Biển Hồ communes, Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province.
This zone is a part of Vietnam’s overall Industrial Zone planning, as approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1107/QĐ-TTg on August 21, 2006. This decision covers the development planning of Vietnam’s Industrial Zones up to 2015 and provides a direction until 2020.

With a total area of 213 hectares, the Trà Đa Industrial Zone in Pleiku City has attracted nearly 50 domestic and foreign investors, filling 100% of its area and providing employment for thousands of workers.
The Gia Lai Province Economic Zone Infrastructure Development Company is the primary investor in this industrial zone’s development.

II. Infrastructure of Tra Da Industrial Park:

Transportation: The main road is 15m wide, and the internal road is 7.5m wide with a load capacity of 30 tons. It directly connects to Ngô Quyền Street and significant routes such as National Highways 19 and 14.

Power Supply: The province is connected to the national grid.

Water Supply:

  • The water source is provided by the Gia Lai Province Economic Zone Infrastructure Development Company.
  • The extraction capacity is 2,678.4 m3/day, ensuring water supply for various investment projects.

Communication System: The telecommunications network ensures domestic and international communication.

  • Treated water meets the QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT – National Technical Regulations on Industrial Wastewater (Type B) before being discharged into the environment.
  • An invested wastewater treatment plant has a processing capacity of 2,000 m3/day (as per design).

Fire Prevention: The authorities equip the industrial zone with a fire alarm and firefighting system, strictly adhering to national regulations. They install fire hydrants at key traffic points and in all factories to effectively protect against fire incidents.

Finance: Banks like Vietinbank, Vietcombank, Sacombank, Agribank, BIDV, and Techcombank have branches around the industrial zone.

Customs: All customs procedures are carried out at the Customs Department.
