According to Decision No. 1838/TTg-CN dated November 16, 2005, of the Prime Minister, the establishment and investment in the construction of Rach Bap Industrial Park in Binh Duong Province was allowed. The detailed planning of Rach Bap Industrial Park was approved through two decisions: No. 346/QD-BXD dated March 3, 2006, by the Ministry of Construction, and No. 3962/QD-UBND dated December 13, 2010, by the Ministry of Construction. During its formation and development, the industrial park gradually gained strength, confirming its outstanding position in the economy of the northern Binh Duong region.

Rach Bap Industrial Park is invested in by An Dien Industry Joint Stock Company with a total investment capital of up to 196,014 billion VND. The park is located in a prime location in An Dien Commune, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province. The power source in Rach Bap Industrial Park is distributed through a 22kV medium voltage line, a 22/0.4kV voltage level, a 70MVA capacity, and a 2000KAV low voltage transformer station, ensuring convenience and stability for business and production processes in the industrial park.

Water Supply System

The water supply system at Rach Bap Industrial Park sources water from a water plant equipped with its water filtration system, which has a capacity of 7000 m3/day and night (phase 1). It treats and supplies water in compliance with Vietnamese standards and features a main pipe system with a 250mm diameter and branch water pipes with a 160mm diameter to support all production and business activities in the area.

Wastewater Treatment System

Rach Bap Industrial Park has a wastewater treatment system that complies with the regulations of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. It is committed to meeting Class A wastewater standards QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT. The wastewater treatment system has a capacity of 6000 m3/day and night.

Fire System

The investor has established a standard fire prevention and fighting system at Rach Bap Industrial Park to promptly respond to emergency fire and explosion situations.

Communication Systems

Rach Bap Industrial Park is provided with fiber optic cable services, ADSL, telephone, and telecommunication services by Binh Duong province’s post office. An underground cable system runs throughout the industrial park.

Value Added Tax (VAT):

In accordance with the prevailing Value Added Tax Law, Decree No. 123/2008/ND-CP, dated December 8, 2008, and Circular No. 129/2008/TT-BTC, dated December 26, 2008:

  • Goods exempt from import tax as mentioned in Section 2 are not subject to Value Added Tax.
  • A tax rate of 0% applies to goods exported abroad, as well as construction and installation activities of export processing enterprises, except for unprocessed exported mineral resources.
  • Tax rates of 5% and 10% are applicable to specific industries as specified in Circular No. 129/2008/TT-BTC, dated December 26, 2008, by the Ministry of Finance.
