I. Overview of Trung Ha Industrial Park – Phu Tho:

The Prime Minister of the Government authorized the establishment of the Trung Ha Industrial Zone in Document No. 655/TTg-CN dated May 27, 2005. The infrastructure development company of the Trung Ha Industrial Zone serves as the investor.
The Trung Ha Industrial Zone, divided into two construction phases (Phase 1: 136 hectares, Phase 2: 64 hectares), spans an area of 200 hectares.

The flat topography of the Trung Ha Industrial Zone is highly favorable for factory construction.

At present, 9 investment projects have been approved, with 3 projects already in production and the remaining 6 projects undergoing basic construction.

II. Geographical location of Trung Ha Industrial Park – Phu Tho:

The Trung Ha Industrial Zone benefits from its strategic location at the confluence of the Hong and Da rivers, north of the Trung Ha Bridge, providing direct access to National Highway 32.
It adjoins National Highway 32A to the north, adjacent to Hanoi City. (13 words)
The industrial zone is planned across Thuong Nong and Hong Da communes in Tam Nong District, as well as Xuan Loc commune in Thanh Thuy District, Phu Tho Province.
Key locations and various transportation modes provide easy access to the Trung Ha Industrial Zone, making it conveniently situated in terms of transportation.

III. Infrastructure of the Industrial Park: 

Internal Transportation:

  • The investor conveniently designed the internal road network and technical infrastructure along the roads to the factories in Trung Ha Industrial Zone in a grid pattern with main axes running in the North-South and East-West directions.
  • The total length of the main roads is 8,296 meters, with cross-sections ranging from 13.5 meters to 27.75 meters and a driving lane width of 7.5 meters to 11.25 meters.

Electrical System:

  • The 22kV and 35kV power system supplies electricity to the industrial zone, reaching the factory premises and directly powering businesses.
  • The power source is obtained from the 2 x 20 MAV – 10/22 KV transformer station in Trung Ha Industrial Zone, which is part of the national power grid.

Public Lighting System:

The street lighting network is designed separately, with a dedicated power supply system arranged along the transportation axes.

Water System:

  • Phu Tho Water Company has invested in a water plant located in the southeastern part of Trung Ha Industrial Zone, which provides the water supply for the zone.
  • Each factory will have a connection point at D50-D100.

Wastewater and Stormwater Management:

  • Trung Ha Industrial Zone is divided into two main areas: the East and the West, separated by a central drainage line.
  • The central drainage system in Trung Ha Industrial Zone will collect all rainwater through channels along the sidewalks and direct it to flow into the Hong River.

Waste Treatment:

  • The investor will enter into service agreements with specialized waste treatment facilities.
  • Solid waste will be managed and treated through collection, transportation, and processing at centralized industrial waste treatment plants.

Wastewater Treatment:

  • There is a centralized wastewater collection and treatment system in Trung Ha Industrial Zone with a capacity of 3,000 cubic meters per day and night.
  • The industrial zone divides the wastewater collection system into two main areas, namely the East and the West, which are independent of the stormwater drainage system.

Communication System:

  • Service providers offer businesses an advanced and modern telecommunications system, including internet, telephone, fax, and postal services, in Trung Ha Industrial Zone to meet their project requirements.
  • Regional telecommunications networks cover the entire Trung Ha Industrial Zone, and once operational, businesses in the industrial zone will be provided with telecommunications services by a regional telecommunications branch that will invest in a station.

VI. Advantages of investing in Industrial Park:

Labor Costs:

  • Trung Ha Industrial Zone is located in Tam Nong district, Phu Tho province, within Zone III.
  • The current minimum wage in Zone III is 3,430,000 VND per month.

Tax incentives:

  • Investment projects in the industrial zone are subject to a 20% tax rate for 10 years, starting from January 1, 2016, and a reduced tax rate of 17% thereafter.
  • Exemption from taxes for 2 years and a 50% reduction in taxes for the following 4 years.
  • Import tax exemption for imported goods is used to establish fixed assets for investment projects.
  • Projects classified as high-tech or supporting industries are eligible for a 4-year tax exemption and a 50% reduction in taxes for the next 9 years.
