Binh Hoa Industrial Park:

Situated at the confluence of provincial roads, near National Highway 91 and Provincial Road 941, in Chau Thanh District of An Giang Province, Binh Hoa Industrial Park boasts a strategic location with excellent transportation links and easy access to the rich agricultural and aquatic resources of the Long Xuyen Quadrangle. As such, the industrial park has emerged as a highly appealing investment destination in An Giang, and it stands as a prime representation of the well-developed infrastructure in the Southern region of Vietnam.

A closer look at the project reveals that Binh Hoa Industrial Park spans a planned area of 131.8 hectares, with approximately 96 hectares earmarked for industrial land leasing. To date, 15 projects have been awarded investment registration certificates, collectively occupying 88 hectares, which translates to a 92% occupancy rate. Notably, these projects include five foreign investment ventures. The combined licensed investment capital of all enterprises within the industrial park amounts to 4,095 billion VND, and 11 of the projects have already commenced operations and production activities.

One of the most significant impacts of  Industrial Park has been its capacity to generate employment opportunities. The park has created jobs for around 10,300 workers, the majority of whom are local laborers from the province. This has not only contributed to the economic growth of An Giang but also improved the overall quality of life for its residents. Binh Hoa industrial park’s infrastructure:

Power supply system: The industrial park uses electricity from the national grid, using a 110 kV transformer station on the premises.

Clean water supply system: In the industrial park, there is a water plant with a capacity of 5,000 m3/day and night.

Centralized wastewater treatment system: Phase 1, the system has a capacity of 2,000 m3/day, completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2017.

Telecommunications system: The telecommunications network provides a variety of services such as internet-based telephone connections, e-commerce networks, and high-speed internet access.

Access road: The road connecting the industrial park to the Hau River Wharf has been completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2015.
