I. Overview of Binh Tan Industrial Park:

Binh Tan Industrial Zone is located in Tan Quoi town (76.72 hectares) and Thanh Loi commune (323.28 hectares), Binh Tan district, Vinh Long province, Vietnam.

Gilimex-Vinh Long Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company undertakes the infrastructure construction and business operation of this industrial zone.

Designing the industrial zone with a total area of 400 hectares, we prioritize a comprehensive and modern infrastructure. This includes a wide internal transportation system, abundant green spaces, and dependable systems for electricity supply, water supply, and drainage.

Binh Tan Industrial Zone offers flexible land plots that meet international standards, catering to various types of factories.

To the north, it is adjacent to residential land and the planned area for resettlement and worker housing of the industrial zone. Residential land and National Highway 54 border the industrial zone to the south. Along Hai Quy canal, the industrial zone shares a boundary with residential land on the eastern side. Similarly, residential land and National Highway 54 form the border on the western side. These advantageous features bring high profitability for the investors as well as contribute to the economic development of our country.

II. Infrastructure of Binh Tan Industrial Park:

The internal transportation system:

We design the internal transportation system in a rational manner to ensure smooth traffic flow throughout the industrial zone. The system follows the following design principles:

  • The main roads within the industrial zone are 40 meters wide with 4 lanes.
  • The branch roads within the industrial zone are 22 meters wide with 2 lanes.

We design and construct all internal roads in strict compliance with national regulations, utilizing asphalt concrete pavement for a high-quality finish. We equip the internal roads with a comprehensive and aesthetically pleasing high-pressure lighting system.

The power supply system:

The power supply system sources electricity for the industrial zone from a 110/35/22KV transformer substation. The high-voltage power grid is distributed along the internal transportation routes within the industrial zone.

The water supply system:

Regarding the water supply system, clean water with a capacity of 30,000 m3 per day is provided from the clean water plant. The water is delivered to the factory fence through a standardized international water supply pipe system.

Water and waste treatment system:

The water and waste treatment system actively collects and directs wastewater to the industrial zone’s wastewater treatment plant. At the plant, we process the wastewater to meet Class A water quality standards (according to QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before releasing it into the shared system of the industrial zone. The wastewater treatment plant has a processing capacity of 2,900 m3 per day and night.

We actively manage the waste generated by the factories within the industrial zone through contracted sorting methods. This ensures proper collection and transportation outside the industrial zone, aiming to prevent environmental pollution.

To address emissions, the factories have installed filtration systems that adhere to national standards before releasing exhaust gases into the natural environment.

Information system:

The industrial zone is equipped with an underground communication cable system, which extends to the factory fence through a standardized international cable system.

Through the interconnection system between the industrial zone’s information communication center and the postal and telecommunications network, we guarantee the fulfillment of all communication needs. This includes dedicated switchboards, international telephone services, remote conferences, leased lines, high-speed internet, and email services.

Fire protection system:

The fire prevention and firefighting system within the industrial zone includes a comprehensive setup of warning systems, prevention measures, and firefighting equipment that strictly comply with national regulations. We strategically install water supply outlets for firefighting purposes at internal transportation junctions and within every factory, ensuring effective protection against fire incidents.
