Prime Minister issued Decision No. 339/QD-TTg on May 10, 2002, to establish Cai Mep Industrial Zone.

The industrial zone’s master plan was approved under Decision No. 2005/QD-BXD on October 27, 2005.

  • The management supplies electricity from a 110/35/22kV transformer station.
  • They run high-voltage power lines along the internal roads within the industrial park.

Water supply system

  • They supply clean water at a capacity of 30.000 m3 per day from a water treatment plant.
  • They provide water to the factory fences through an international-standard water supply pipeline system.

Wastewater and waste treatment system

  • They collect and treat wastewater at the industrial park’s wastewater treatment plant to meet national A standard (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before discharging it into the park’s common system.
  • They construct the wastewater treatment plant with a treatment capacity of 2.900 m3/day and night.
  • The management collects, sorts, and transports waste from factories within the industrial park out of the park to avoid environmental pollution through contracted services.
  • They filter emissions from factories according to national standards before releasing them into the natural environment.

Communication and information system

  • They equip the industrial park with an underground communication cable system, which they provide to the factory fences through an international-standard cable system.
  • They guarantee all communication needs and provide various services, such as private switchboards, international calls, remote conferences, leased channels, high-speed internet, email, etc., through the connection system between the industrial park’s communication center and the postal and telecommunication network.

Fire prevention and firefighting system

  • They equip the industrial park with an alarm, prevention, and firefighting system that strictly adheres to national regulations.
  • They install fire hydrants at traffic junctions within the park and at all factories to ensure effective protection of the entire area against fire and explosion incidents.

Finance

  • Banks such as Vietcombank, Vietinbank, BIDV, Sacombank, Techcombank, and Agribank establish branches around the industrial park.

Customs

  • The management carries out all customs procedures at the Customs Department.
