Transportation System of Chau Duc Industrial Park

Main roads have a load capacity of H30.
The central North-South axis of the area includes 6 lanes, a 2-meter median strip, and a 54-meter right-of-way.
Branch roads have 2 lanes and a 29-meter right-of-way.

Electricity Supply System

Two 110/22KV substations with a capacity of 2 x 63 MVA each.
22kV medium-voltage lines run along reinforced concrete poles, supplying electricity to investors’ fences.

Communication System

A specialized unit invests in underground infrastructure along the industrial park’s roads, providing all telecommunications services as required by investors.

Water Supply System

The Chau Duc clean water plant has an initial capacity of 75.000 m³/day (currently in operation) and is being upgraded to 150.000 m³/day (expected to be completed by April 2020).
Water distribution pipes run along the industrial park roads, supplying water to investor factories as required.

Wastewater Treatment System

In accordance with the approved planning and technical infrastructure, Chau Duc Industrial Park has set up three wastewater treatment facilities, boasting a combined capacity of 45.000 m³ for both day and night operations.

Payment Methods
– One-time payment for the entire investment period.
– Payment schedule divided into 03 (three) installments over a period of 06 (six) months, as follows:

  • Installment 1: 50% of the total land rental fee/infrastructure usage fee, to be paid within 10 (ten) days from the date of signing the land lease contract.
  • Installment 2: 30% of the total land rental fee/infrastructure usage fee, to be paid within 03 (three) months from the date of signing the land lease contract.
