Legal information about the Industrial Park

The My Xuan B1 – Dai Duong Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister in the General Development Plan for Industrial Parks in Vietnam up to 2015, with a direction to 2020 in Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006.

On December 1, 2006, the Management Board of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Industrial Parks issued the first investment certificate for the development and infrastructure business of the My Xuan B1 – Dai Duong Industrial Park according to Investment Registration Certificate No. 49221000009.

However, it wasn’t until November 10, 2011, that the Industrial Park’s investor completed all the procedures for planning approval, and Ba Ria – Vung Tau Provincial People’s Committee approved the detailed 1/2000 plan according to Decision No. 2602/QD-UBND.

The planned area of the My Xuan B1 – Dai Duong Industrial Park is 145,7 hectares, of which the total industrial land for lease is 104,79 hectares (including warehouse area and existing industrial land).

Total Investment: 265.661.460.000 (two hundred and sixty-five billion, six hundred and sixty-one million, four hundred and sixty thousand) Vietnamese dong.

Industrial Park Operation Period: 50 (fifty) years from December 1, 2006, as indicated in the Investment Certificate.

Water supply

  • Sourced from Phu My Water Plant with a capacity of 40.000 m3/day and night, ensuring 24/7 water supply to investors’ factory gates.

Electricity supply

  • The industrial park features a 110/22KV-2X40MVA transformer station, serving manufacturing plants within the park, powered by the national grid and Phu My Power Plant, providing 24/7, 22KV electricity to factory gates.

Gas supply

  • Provided by Vietnam CNG Joint Stock Company.

Transportation

  • Main Road 1: Entrance from QL51, considered the gateway and facade of the industrial park. It has two lanes with a load capacity of H30, 7,5m wide each (15m total); 10m wide sidewalks on both sides, a 2m wide central divider, and 5m wide pedestrian paths, fully equipped with technical lines and pipes, with 10m setbacks on each side.
  • Main Road D1: North-South axis with a 15m wide road (7,5m x 2); sidewalks over 5m wide on each side, green belts over 5m wide, and space for technical lines and pipes.
  • Several internal roads within the industrial park: N2, D3 with a 14m wide road, sidewalks over 5m wide on each side, and 28,2m right-of-way with over 5m setbacks on each side (sections 2-2 and 4-4).
  • Roads D2, N2-A: Located in the northern part of the industrial park with similar technical standards as the internal roads above. The road is 7,5m wide, sidewalks over 5,75m wide on each side, pedestrian paths over 5m wide, and 10m setbacks (sections 5-5 and 6-6).

Communication system

  • Provided by carriers such as VNPT, FPT, and Viettel, ensuring seamless domestic and international communication, including services like phone, mobile, fax, and internet.

Centralized wastewater treatment plant

  • Phase I capacity of 1.500 m3/day and night, treated wastewater quality meeting Column A_QCVN40;2011/BTNMT standards.
  • Phase II capacity: 1.500 m3/day and night.
