Establishment Decision: Decision No. 2367/QD-UBND dated August 23, 2017, by the People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province regarding the establishment of the Da Bac Industrial Park, with the project’s investor being Dong A Chau Duc Joint Stock Company.

Approval of Industrial Park Zoning Plan: Decision No. 1059/QD-UBND of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province regarding the approval of the 1/2000 scale zoning plan for the Da Bac Industrial Park on April 29, 2017. On October 7, 2014, the Prime Minister agreed to include Phase 1 of the Da Bac Industrial Park in the development plan.

The development plan for Vietnam’s industrial zones until 2020 envisions a total area of 300 hectares, including the previously certified investment area of 75 hectares for the Da Bac Industrial Cluster.

The Industrial Park is established as a diversified industrial park.

II. Geographic Location of the Da Bac Industrial Park

The Da Bac Industrial Park is situated in Bau Dien Hamlet, Da Bac Commune, Chau Duc District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Vietnam.

Boundary Range

The southern boundary of the Industrial Park adjoins Dat Do District, while the remaining sides are adjacent to residential areas. Despite being somewhat distant from the city center, the Da Bac Industrial Park enjoys convenient connections to the transportation system and seaport. This makes the transportation of goods and raw materials easy.

III. Infrastructure of Da Bac Industrial Park


  • The main road N1, which connects Provincial Road 765 to the industrial park, spans about 1.200 meters and is currently under construction as a two-lane road.
  • Each lane is 7,5 meters wide, with a 5-meter-wide median strip and 7,5-meter-wide sidewalks that have yet to be built.
  • Internal roads within the industrial cluster, such as N2, N3, D1, D2, D3, and D4, have been constructed with stone-paved surfaces ranging from 8 to 15 meters in width.


  • A planned 220kV power line within the industrial park will be managed by the Ba Ria – Vung Tau Power Company.
  • The Da Bac Industrial Park, situated alongside Provincial Road 765, has a 22kV power line.
  • Currently, the area is served only by a 22kV medium-voltage line and a 22/0,4kV – 25MVA transformer, which provides electricity to the 75-hectare construction site.
  • There is no lighting system in place yet.


  • The Chau Duc Joint Stock Water Supply Company will provide water to the Da Bac Petrochemical Industrial Park.
  • The water supply network within the industrial park consists of pipelines ranging from 100mm to 400mm in diameter.
  • The minimum pressure within the pipes is guaranteed to be 1,3 kg/cm2, and the standard water flow rate is between 0,6 and 1,2 m/s.
