The blueprint for the Cau Quan Industrial Park’s detailed construction received the green light from the People’s Committee of Tra Vinh province, via Decision No. 422/QD-UBND, promulgated on March 12, 2010. This comprehensive plan, drafted at a 1/500 scale, encompasses an area of 130.33 hectares. The park is presently in active pursuit of infrastructural investment to facilitate a diverse array of business and production endeavors.
The proposal by Thien Phu and Hai Dang Joint Stock Company to investigate and formulate investment plans for the Cau Quan Industrial Park project gained approval and endorsement from the People’s Committee of Tra Vinh province, as indicated in Official Letter No. 3169/UBND-KT, issued on August 11, 2020.
The designers have planned the project for a duration of 50 years, with the possibility of extension according to the governing regulations. They have publicized detailed planning at a 1/500 scale and are currently making efforts to attract infrastructural investment.

The Cau Quan Industrial Park enjoys a strategic location, situated next to the Hau River and National Highway 60.
