As of 2022, Sonadezi Chau Duc Industrial Park has attracted 85 secondary investors, with a total rentable area of over 500 hectares, achieving a occupancy rate of 48%. Thus far, the industrial park has garnered nearly $378 million USD from FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) and 5.458 trillion VND from domestic sources. Investors come from various countries and territories such as South Korea, Taiwan, and notably, some have shifted their investments from China to Vietnam. Notable projects include:
– The athletic shoe production project by Dong Phuong Vung Tau Company (Taiwan)
– The garment project by Dasan Hygiene Vina Company (South Korea)
– Plastic product manufacturing project by Magikan Vina Company,
– The Mat Lining production project by SBSAMBO Co., Ltd (South Korea)
– SH SOLAR’s solar energy plant, and a series of other projects.
