The internal transportation system, divided into main roads and branches, facilitates movement. It follows a chessboard pattern, with main axes running from north to south and spaced approximately 1,000m apart. Branch axes are parallel or perpendicular, with grid spacing ranging from 400-600m.
The power supply for Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park will be sourced from the 110kV station located at Tien Phong 1 Industrial Park, boasting a capacity of 63MVA. When production begins in 2022, the maximum power demand will be 30MW, projected to increase to 89.7MW by 2025 and 158.8MW by 2030.
Yen Lap, Cam La, and Lien Vi Water Plants are the sources of the water supply. Pipelines along the main road distribute water to specific areas via boost pump stations and water towers in the technical infrastructure center.
Wastewater and stormwater drainage systems are separate. Factories treat wastewater locally according to standard regulations, then discharge it into the common wastewater drainage system before directing it to the centralized treatment plant. Solid waste, hazardous waste, and daily waste undergo sorting and treatment in designated processing areas.
Within the wastewater treatment plan, there are three plants designated for specific areas: a 4,000 m3/day capacity plant for the seaport area, a 12,000 m3/day capacity plant for the industrial park, and an 8,000 m3/day capacity plant for the port service area.
The communication system relies on a telecommunications network connected to the satellite exchange at Tien Phong Industrial Park, providing 10,000 lines. The information and communication network is built using NGN technology.
