The Prime Minister of the Government established Khanh Cu Industrial Zone under Document No. 1499/TTg-KTN dated August 18, 2014. It covers an area of 67 hectares and is located in Khanh Cu commune, Yen Khanh district, Ninh Binh province.
Sông Day Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company undertakes the infrastructure investment and construction of Khanh Cu Industrial Zone.
Situated near National Highway 10, adjacent to the Bai Dinh – Kim Son road, and in close proximity to Ninh Binh city, Khanh Cu Industrial Zone offers a strategic location. To the north, the industrial zone borders the Day River, providing a convenient location for the establishment of a waterway port for transportation of goods.
Investors have designed Khanh Cu Industrial Zone to be a multi-sector industrial zone that encompasses mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, fertilizer production, construction materials, consumer goods, garment manufacturing, as well as agricultural product processing and food production.

The Industrial Zone sources its power from the 110kV transmission line to Kim Son, while constructing a 110/22/10kV-3x 25mVA transformer substation to supply electricity to the entire zone.

The street lighting network is designed separately with a power supply system, arranged along the main transportation routes.
Water System:
The water plant, with a capacity of 1,300 m3/day-night, will undergo expansion according to demand to ensure that all businesses in the industrial zone have an adequate supply of clean water.

The industrial zone’s factories will sign contracts with specialized units for waste sorting, collection, and transportation to ensure proper waste management and prevent environmental pollution.

The wastewater treatment plant directly discharges the treated wastewater, which meets environmental standards, into the stormwater drainage network.
Communication System:
The industrial zone provides sufficient capacity for telephone subscriptions, broadband ADSL, and fiber-optic connections.
