I. Overview of Long Binh An Industrial Park- Tuyen Quang:

On December 12, 2009, the Prime Minister approved the establishment of Long Binh An Industrial Park in Tuyen Quang province, according to Decision No. 532GĐ-UBND by the Provincial People’s Committee. It was later adjusted on June 8, 2021. The industrial zone covers a total area of 170 hectares, with 104.95 hectares (61.21%) dedicated to mineral processing and industrial activities, and 23.96 hectares (14.09%) designated for general industrial purposes.

II. Geographical Location:

Long Binh An Industrial Park is located in An Hoa commune, Doi Can ward, Tuyen Quang city, Tuyen Quang province.

It is approximately 11 km from Tuyen Quang city, 100 km from Hanoi city, 110 km from Noi Bai International Airport, and 200 km from Hai Phong port. The industrial zone enjoys a favorable geographical position, situated on DT186 road, close to National Highway 2, and in the center of the city. This facilitates smooth trading, transportation, and exchange of goods.

III. Infrastructure of Long Binh An Industrial Park – Tuyen Quang:

Internal Transportation:

  • The transportation system includes two internal lanes and two main lanes to accommodate large vehicles.

Electricity System:

  • The electricity supply comes from a 35kV power grid connected to a large-capacity 110kV substation operated by the Industrial Zone Power Plant.

Public Lighting System:

  • The street lighting network is designed separately with a power supply system running along the transportation axes.

Water System:

  • The water supply system meets the demands for daily activities and other production activities, provided by the Industrial Zone Water Plant with large capacity.

Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage System:

  • The rainwater drainage system flows naturally along the roads into channels surrounding the industrial park.
  • The wastewater drainage system is routed along the roads and collected at the Industrial Zone Treatment Station.

Waste Management:

  • Investors will sign service contracts with professional waste management units.

Wastewater Treatment:

  • Wastewater from factories and daily activities will be treated at the centralized waste treatment station with a capacity of 2000m3 per day before being discharged into the environment.

Communication System:

  • The telecommunications service is installed with a modern and advanced network system, meeting international standards, enabling both domestic and international communication.
