The South Cam Ranh Industrial Zone is situated in Cam Thinh Dong Commune, Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province.

Currently, Khanh Hoa Province stands out as one of the provinces hosting numerous high-rated Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) projects. These projects, notable for both their quantity and quality, have drawn investments from large conglomerates such as Hyundai and Vingroup. This has drawn a substantial workforce from various provinces, promising to provide highly skilled labor for the Central Industrial Zone.

Following Decision No. 387/QD-UBND on February 4, 2010, regarding the detailed planning of the 1/2000 industrial zone, the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province established the South Cam Ranh Industrial Zone.

The Management Board of Van Phong Economic Zone has invested in the South Cam Ranh Industrial Zone, which covers a planned area of 350 hectares.

Furthermore, the Industrial Zone is adjacent to the urban development planning area, making it convenient to develop a model of an industrial, service, and coastal urban area. Cam Ranh Bay, one of the largest bays with a robust service and tourism development, connects with it.

Additionally, it enjoys favorable transportation conditions via sea, air, road, and railway, with existing infrastructure offering advantageous conditions for investments in this area.

With its low population density, it has an advantage in expanding projects.

The project leverages the water supply system of Cam Ranh City to sufficiently meet the water demand for its construction and operation.

A separate design is made for rainwater and wastewater drainage.

The industrial zone will centrally treat wastewater from factories and residential activities with large capacity before discharging it into nature.
