The industrial park has invested in the construction of complete technical infrastructure such as transportation systems, power supply, water supply, and centralized wastewater treatment system:

  • The power supply system includes a 110KV/220KV transformer station with a capacity of 17,000KVA.
  • The water supply system includes a station that provides 3.500 m3 of water per day and night.
  • The wastewater treatment system includes a treatment plant with a capacity of 1.000 m3 per day and a connection rate of 52,11% for nighttime wastewater discharge.
  • In addition, the industrial park has a telecommunications system with a phone exchange of 750-800 numbers.

Located within the city of Phan Thiet, the industrial park benefits from the convenient transportation infrastructure and other social infrastructure such as housing for workers, markets, schools, hospitals, entertainment areas, and other services.
