Overview of Quang Phu Industrial Park:

Quang Phu Industrial Park was established and approved by the Prime Minister through Decision No. 402/TTg on April 17, 1999. The Detailed Planning was approved by the Minister of Construction through Decision No. 885/QD-BXD on May 24, 2001, with a total area of 99.42 hectares.

The Ministry of Construction authorized the Provincial People’s Committee to approve the expansion of the detailed planning through Decision No. 130/QD-UBND on January 20, 2006, increasing the total area of Quang Phu Industrial Zone to 146.76 hectares.

Geographical Location:

Quang Phu Industrial Park is located in Quang Phu Ward, Quang Ngai City, Quang Ngai Province.

Scope and boundaries:

  • East boundary: Adjacent to Nguyen Chi Thanh Street and residential areas.
  • South boundary: Adjacent to Quang Ngai Airport (Old Airport).
  • West boundary: Adjacent to residential areas.
  • North boundary: Adjacent to Tra Khuc River.

Quang Phu Industrial Park has a strategic location, making it easy for businesses, residents, and workers to travel to important locations and centers such as national highways, airports, seaports, and train stations.
