The zone also benefits from the proximity to Chu Lai Airport and the seaport system. - Import tax incentives: Exemption from import tax for goods used as fixed assets; a 5-year exemption from import tax for raw materials, supplies, and components imported for production purposes that are not yet domestically produced.
- Other incentives: Investors are granted land leases and are exempt from land rental fees for constructing worker housing. Support for vocational training as prescribed by the Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee and the Management Board of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone.
