Location: Located in Tan Kim commune, Can Giuoc district, Long An province, Vietnam.

Infrastructure: The topography of the area is relatively flat, with the highest design elevation at +2,40 and the lowest at +1,80. The average filling height is 1,3 meters, using sand as the filling material. The climate is tropical monsoon, near the equator, with the following characteristics:

  • Average annual temperature of 27,9°C.
  • Average humidity: 77% (dry season); 83% (rainy season).

The internal transportation system includes the following roads:

  • External transport: Connecting Tan Kim Expansion Industrial Zone with National Highway 50 and serving as the main road of the industrial park with a maximum width of 55 meters.

  • Stage I: Individual treatment in each factory before discharging into the wastewater drainage network.
  • Stage II: Treatment at the industrial park’s wastewater treatment plant, meeting the QCVN 24: 2009 standard.

Fire prevention and fighting system:

The fire prevention and fighting system complies with current state regulations. Postal and telecommunications services: Establishing a modern, complete postal and telecommunications network capable of synchronously connecting to the national and international telecommunications network, and high-speed internet transmission lines.

Public utilities:

The area allocates 1,39 hectares for administrative and service facilities, including:

  • Product display and introduction areas, expert offices, accommodation for experts, laboratories, and product testing facilities.
  • Institutions such as banks, post offices, customs, etc.
  • Shops, services, dining facilities, etc.

Additionally, due to its proximity to Tan Phuoc residential area, there are other amenities such as:
