The People’s Committee of Quang Binh Province established Tay Bac Dong Hoi Industrial Park with a total land area of 62.56 hectares, according to Decision No. 10/2005/QD-UBND dated March 4, 2005.

The state budget funded the infrastructure investment for technical and social facilities in the industrial park, with a total investment of 79.44 billion VND.

Tay Bac Dong Hoi Industrial Park is located in Bac Ly Ward, Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province.

Internal transportation:

National Highway 1A and the bypass road pass through the industrial park, contributing to the comprehensive development of the internal transportation system within the industrial park.

There is a 22kV power line from the 110kV substation to outside the industrial park’s fence.

The street lighting network is designed separately from the residential electricity supply system, and arranged along the transportation axes.

Water system:

The water supply for domestic and industrial use in the industrial park ensures sufficient capacity to meet the needs of investors.

Stormwater and wastewater drainage system:

There is a separate system for stormwater drainage, distinct from the wastewater system. All rainwater will be discharged into the industrial park’s drainage channels.
