Subsequent adjustments followed Decision No. 1921/QD-UBND on September 27, 2012, and No. 318/QD-UBND on February 9, 2015. This involved the integration of the North Dong Phu Trade and Service Center into the Bac Dong Phu IP. A further adjustment occurred on April 19, 2016, converting a portion of industrial land into commercial and service land, resulting in a planned area of 189 hectares. This area is divided into two adjacent zones:
