Hoà Hiệp Industrial Park was approved for detailed planning by the Ministry of Construction (Decision No. 804/QD-BXD on July 13, 1999). The investor of the industrial park is the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Phu Yen province.

Hoà Hiệp Industrial Park (Phase 1), spanning an expansive 101.5 hectares, sprawls across Hòa Hiệp Bắc Ward and Hòa Hiệp Trung Ward in Đông Hòa town, Phu Yen province. It strategically positions itself along the proposed route of National Highway 29.
Land area utilization: The total planned area is 101.5 hectares, divided into:

  • Phase I: 30 hectares.
  • Phase II: 30 hectares.
  • Phase III: 41.5 hectares.

The Hoà Hiệp Industrial Park project is one of the first key industrial park projects and serves as a lever to develop the industrial chain in Phu Yen province, following the approved development plan by the Prime Minister.
