Overview of North-East Song Cau 1 Industrial Park:

The Provincial People’s Committee of Phu Yen Province approved the implementation of Northeast Song Cau Industrial Park 1, an industrial park closely linked to the socioeconomic development of the Northeast region of Song Cau Town. It was implemented in February 2002, and the Detailed Plan for Northeast Song Cau Industrial Park (Decision 227/QD-QD on August 20, 2003, and Decision 1465/QD-UBND on October 6, 2010) was approved by the Provincial People’s Committee.

North-East Song Cau 1 Industrial Park is Located in Xuan Hai commune and Xuan Canh commune, Song Cau town, Phu Yen province. North-East Song Cau 1 Industrial Park covers an area of 105.8 hectares, It is invested and managed by the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board of Phu Yen, and currently, efforts are being made to promote incentive policies to attract investors. The infrastructure of the industrial park is built synchronously, with various features, and according to international standards.

Moreover, the industrial park is situated in the coastal province of South Central Coast, with a favorable geographical location and diverse resources including sea, plains, midlands, and mountains. This provides the province with many advantages, especially in terms of industrial development potential. As a result, it attracts a large number of workers from neighboring provinces, promising to bring a highly skilled workforce to the Central region’s industrial park.
