Overview of Hoa Hiep 2 Industrial Park:

The People’s Committee of Phu Yen province approved the Hoa Hiep Industrial Zone (phase 2) as part of their development plan for centralized industrial zones up to 2020, according to Decision No. 2381, issued on September 5, 2003. Moreover, the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 1107, dated August 21, 2006, added it to the list of industrial zones in Vietnam planned for development up to 2015, with an outlook to 2020.

Hoa Hiep Industrial Zone Phase 2 is situated in Hoa Hiep Trung ward and Hoa Hiep Nam ward, in Dong Hoa town, Phu Yen province.

The Management Board of Industrial Zones in Phu Yen province is the project owner.

Given its favorable geographical location and convenient transport system, the Hoa Hiep Industrial Zone is extremely beneficial for trading goods and exporting/importing products to and from major economic areas. Thus, it becomes an ideal location for domestic and foreign investors.

Our internal transport system boasts a main axis measuring 40m in width, designed to support two lanes of traffic. The internal axis, on the other hand, is slightly narrower with a width of 20m but also supports two lanes.

We have connected our power supply system to the national power grid, and it operates at 22 Kv.
The drainage system, it includes a wastewater treatment system with a maximum capacity of 6800 cubic meters per day and night. At present, it operates at a capacity of 1800 cubic meters per day and night. Enterprises are also connected to the drainage system.

Our communication and postal system employs ADSL for internet services, and FAX and DID for contact information exchange.
To ensure safety, we’ve installed a fire protection system in conjunction with the clean water system in the industrial area.
