• The internal roads are 20m wide, accommodating 2 lanes.

Electricity system: Power supply is provided through a 110/35-22-10-6kV transformer station, ensuring safety and sufficiency for all factories and workshops within the An Phu Industrial Zone.

Wastewater treatment system: The standard factory capacity is a steady 6,000 cubic meters per day.

Water system: The water plant operates at a stable capacity. The clean water system can provide up to 40 cubic meters of water per hectare per day.

Communication system: High-quality internet and fiber-optic services are available.

Fire protection system: A firefighting system is installed alongside the clean water system to ensure safety for the industrial zone.

Greenery system: The zone features extensive greenery, adhering to the “green-clean-beautiful” criteria, minimizing the environmental impact within the Phu Yen Industrial Zone.

Attracting Investment of An Phu Industrial Park:

The People’s Committee of Phu Yen Province issued Decision No. 2159/2008/QD-UBND on December 24, 2008, which currently determines the leasing price for land with built infrastructure and the cost of utilizing the infrastructure. This decision includes specific regulations, incentives, and investment support policies for the industrial zones in the province as follows:

• The rent for land with built infrastructure is $0.35 per square meter per year (a reduction of 50% if leased within 4 years).
• The cost of leasing the infrastructure is $0.15 per square meter per year (a reduction of 50% if leased within 6 years).
