As per the government decision no. 1519/TTg-CN on 10/06/2005, Saigon-Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company now assumes the role of primary investor. An international standard water supply system supplies up to 210,000 m3 of water per day to the factory fence.

Wastewater treatment system:

The industrial park operates an effective wastewater treatment system, currently processing 3,000 m3/day-night, up to a maximum capacity of 5,000 m3/day-night. The system treats wastewater to meet class B standards (according to QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT). The industrial park contracts for waste collection and transportation out of the park to avoid pollution.


Firefighting system:

Fire hydrants line the main roads and branch roads. The Lien Chieu district fire department positions itself within the industrial park, ready for a quick response in case of emergencies.

Communication system:

An underground communication cable system that adheres to international standards and a high-speed broadband connection equip the industrial park.


The park designates 12% of the total area for greenery along roads and other areas, contributing to a vibrant and eco-friendly landscape. The management board must approve all factories and other buildings, which ensures an aesthetic and orderly urban design.
The industrial park includes a 2ha inland clearance port on-site to fulfill custom clearance needs. The surrounding populous neighborhood and the nearby universities and vocational schools easily meet labor demands.
