Overview of Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park – Nghe An Province:

The Prime Minister approved the construction planning of Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park – Nghe An Province in the South Thanh – Bac Nghe region, and it is listed as one of the prioritized industrial parks for development (Investment License No. 272203200026).

As of now, the Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park project has completed almost all of its infrastructure construction and has attracted foreign investors to the industrial park.
The total area of the industrial park is 264.77 hectares, with a total investment of 740 billion VND by Hoang Thinh Dat Corp – Nghe An Branch.

Geographical location:

Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park is located in Hoang Mai town, Nghe An province.

• Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park has a very convenient transportation location, allowing easy access to seaports, road ports, and airports, thus saving transportation costs and time, especially for import and export activities.
• The industrial park is located in Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province, bordering Thanh Hoa province. The area benefits from an abundant young labor force, providing favorable conditions for labor recruitment and training. Investors can save costs on labor and access affordable services in the region.

Hoang Thinh Dat Corp has successfully attracted the international conglomerate Juteng (Taiwan) and supporting enterprises to invest in the Juteng Vietnam electronic component and auto parts manufacturing plant project in Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park.

This project, identified as a key project, serves as a lever and a premise for the development of Hoang Mai town in particular and Nghe An province in general, with a leased land area of 180 hectares and a total investment of up to 500 million USD.

Internal transportation system:

The investor ensures a well-designed internal transportation system that allows smooth traffic flow throughout the industrial park.

• The width of the central road in the industrial park measures 36 meters.
• The main roads within the industrial cluster are 22.25 meters wide.

The industrial park designs and constructs all internal roads in compliance with national regulations, using asphalt concrete. It equips the roads with a comprehensive and aesthetically pleasing high-pressure lighting system.

Electricity system:

The national power grid supplies electricity to the industrial park through a 500kV system and a 2x63MVA 110kV transformer station located within the park.

Water supply system:

The industrial park’s factories receive their water supply from the Hoang Mai Water Supply Company, which has a capacity of 80,000 m3/day.
The industrial park’s water treatment plant takes raw water from Vuc Mau Lake, which is located 13km away and on the surface. The plant treats the raw water to meet clean water standards, stores it in reservoirs, and pumps it to ensure a continuous supply of clean water to the factories.

Wastewater treatment system:

The park’s treatment plant receives the industrial wastewater after preliminary treatment to remove hazardous chemicals exceeding Class B standards. The wastewater undergoes treatment to meet Class A wastewater standards, in line with national regulations. Finally, it is discharged into the industrial park’s drainage channel. The wastewater treatment plant in the industrial park has a capacity of 12,800m3/day, with a maximum capacity of 15,000m3/day.

Communication system:

The industrial park has an underground communication cable system, meeting international standards, which extends to the factory fences. The connection system ensures all communication needs are met by linking the industrial park’s information and communication center to the central post office in Hoang Mai. Essential services like private switchboards, international telephones, and remote conferences are provided. Dedicated channels, high-speed internet, and email services are also available. The communication system offers a wide range of services to meet diverse communication requirements.
