The Lai Cach Industrial Park was established according to Decision No. 1836/QĐ-UBND dated May 30, 2008, by the People’s Committee of Hai Duong Province. The registered investment capital for the project is over 468 billion Vietnamese dong, with an operational duration of 50 years (until January 1, 2057). With its favorable geographic location, well-developed infrastructure, comprehensive facilities, and significant investment incentives, the industrial Park has gained its unique strengths in attracting both domestic and foreign investors. To date, it has become one of the most promising industrial Parks in the Northern region, and indeed, throughout the entire country.
The total area of the Lai Cach Industrial Park is 134,42 hectares, with land allocation percentages as follows:
– Industrial Land: 94,153 hectares, accounting for 69,98% of the industrial Park area.
– Central Management and Service Area of the Industrial Park: 2,99 hectares, accounting for 2,22%.
– External Storage and Port Area: 2,86 hectares, accounting for 2,13%.
– Clean Water Pumping Station Land: 2,036 hectares, accounting for 1,51%.
– Wastewater Treatment Facility Land: 1,12 hectares, accounting for 0,83%.
– Industrial Park Cultural and Sports Center Land: 3,07 hectares, accounting for 2,28%.
– Greenery Land: 14,80 hectares, accounting for 11%.
– Transportation Land: 13,517 hectares, accounting for 10,05%.
