  • May Forestry JSC invests in Nghia Dan Industrial Park, which has a planned total area of 245.68 hectares.
  • The industrial park is located in the Nghia Hoi and Nghia Phu Communes, Nghia Phu District, Nghe An Province.
  • The Prime Minister permitted the addition of Nghia Dan Industrial Park to the province’s industrial park system, making it one of the eight industrial parks.

II. Infrastructure of Nghia Dan Industrial Park – Nghe An Province:

Internal transportation:

The industrial park has a well-designed transportation network that suits its terrain and land use.

It is connected to the existing road network in the region in two directions:

  • North-South direction: the main road connects from Dong Hoi – Thai Hoa Road in the north to the south, with a road width of 42 meters; the secondary road runs parallel to the main road in the eastern part of the industrial park with a cross-section width of 30 meters.
  • East-West direction: several horizontal roads are arranged with cross-section widths ranging from 25 to 30 meters.

Electricity system:

The industrial park sources its electricity supply from the national grid through a 110kV power line located in Nghia Thuan Commune, which connects to an intermediate 110kV/22kV substation. Afterward, it distributes the power to factories and plants through a 22kV line along the road axes.

Public lighting system:

The street lighting network is designed separately with a power supply system and is arranged along the road axes.

Water system:

The industrial park obtains its water supply from Sao River Lake through a treatment plant (with a capacity of 7,500 m3/day-night). Subsequently, it distributes the water throughout the industrial park using a network of pipes. The pipeline network, designed in a loop combined with a dead-end network, follows the transportation axes to supply water for domestic use, production, and fire protection.

Wastewater and stormwater drainage system:

There is a separate system for stormwater drainage and wastewater treatment. The industrial park’s drainage channel will receive the discharge of all rainwater. Workers will collect solid waste within the industrial park and transfer it to a transfer station, where they will sort it before transporting it to the treatment area.

Factories and plants will preliminarily treat wastewater through pipelines, directing it to the centralized treatment area for further processing. After being treated, the wastewater will flow into the ecological lake within the green space before it is discharged into the environment. The industrial park has two wastewater treatment areas: Area A located downstream of the banana grove ravine and Area B located downstream of Vung Bay ravine.

Communication system:

The industrial park’s information and communication center ensures all communication needs. It provides necessary services like private switchboards, international telephones, and remote conferences. Dedicated channels, high-speed internet, and email services are also available. The connectivity system ensures reliable and efficient communication within the industrial park. It facilitates seamless communication for businesses operating in the park. The industrial park offers various modern communication tools and services to meet diverse communication requirements.
