Ong Keo Industrial Park (IZ) received approval from the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province for its detailed planning at a 1/2000 scale in Decision No. 2557/QD-UBND dated July 10, 2007, as a large-scale industrial park project. It is the largest in Nhon Trach, covering a total area of 855,6 hectares, with an industrial park land area of 823,47 hectares and 32,15 hectares of land with an inter-port road of 61m.

The land use structure in this industrial park is as follows:

  • Industrial parkland: 515,24 hectares.
  • Service center land: 61,31 hectares.
  • Green land and water surface: 162,44 hectares.
  • Technical infrastructure: 7,55 hectares.
  • Roads and transit ports: 109,06 hectares.

The infrastructure system here has been fully invested in and equipped with the most modern facilities in the country.

Internal Transport Network

All internal roads of Ong Keo Industrial Park are designed and constructed in strict compliance with national regulations and are completed with asphalt concrete.

The internal traffic system is reasonably designed to ensure smooth traffic throughout the industrial park, with the following specifications:

  • Main roads in the industrial park: include 4 lanes and 40 m wide.
  • Branch roads in the industrial park: include 2 lanes 22m wide.
  • Internal roads are fully equipped with a complete and aesthetically pleasing high-voltage lighting system.
  • All areas in the industrial park are linked to the internal road system, ensuring easy internal circulation.

Electric Supplying System

The power supply to the industrial park is sourced from the 110/35/22KV transformer station. The high voltage power network provided along the internal traffic in the industrial park is always ready to serve and meet the demand for electricity used in production for the industrial parks and limit electricity overload.

Water Supply System

Clean water is provided to each factory and business in the Industrial Park with a capacity of 30.000 m3/day from the clean water plant. Additionally, the Industrial Park can also use water supplied from the Thien Tan water plant, with a capacity of 200.000 m3/day and night, and from the Nhon Trach underground water plant with a capacity of 20.000 m3/day and night.

Water is supplied to the factory fence using an international standard water supply pipe system.

Water, Exhaust Gas, and Waste Treatment Systems

Wastewater is collected to the industrial park’s wastewater plant by separate pipes, then treated to meet water standard A (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before being discharged into the industrial park’s general system. The wastewater plant was built with a treatment capacity of 2.900 m3/day – night.

Waste is collected and transported out of the industrial park by factories in the industrial park to avoid causing environmental pollution.

The exhaust gases from factories undergo treatment through a filtration system. This treatment follows national standards and occurs before discharging the gases into the natural environment. The aim is to prevent environmental pollution.

Communication Systems

All businesses in Ong Keo Industrial Park have underground communication cable systems installed.

This system will be provided to the fence of each factory by an international standard cable system, and the transmission speed parameters are:

  • ADSL: maximum 8MB/s.
  • Fiber optic cable: maximum 90MB/s.

The connection system between the industrial park’s communication center ensures all communication needs. It is capable of providing necessary services such as a private switchboard, international calling, remote conferencing, leased lines, high-speed internet, email, etc., through the postal and telecommunications network.

Fire Prevention and Fighting System

To ensure the safety of workers and businesses during fire or explosion incidents, the industrial park has invested in installing warning, prevention, and firefighting systems. These systems strictly comply with national regulations.
