Continuing the development, on April 3, 2021, the Prime Minister approved the investment proposal for the technical infrastructure construction, appointing Construction Investment Corporation DDK as the main investor through Decision No. 539/QD-TTg. The park’s registered investment capital exceeded 3.200 billion VND, with a 50-year operational period. The project would utilize 302,8 ha of planned land, reducing 37,2 ha from the initial plan. Upon fulfilling all legal requirements, the land will be converted into an urban area.
Officially named “Soc Son Clean Industrial Park, Hanoi,” it will encompass 302,7 ha, divided into two phases: Phase 1 – 162,9 ha, operational from Q4 2023, and Phase 2 – 139,8 ha, commencing operations in 2025. Situated in Tan Dan and Minh Tri communes, Soc Son district, Hanoi.
