I. Overview of Quang Minh Industrial Park – Ha Noi

Information about the industrial park

On October 22, 2004, the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc province issued Decision No. 3742/2004/QD-UB to establish Quang Minh Industrial Park, approve the project, and assign Nam Duc Infrastructure Investment and Development Co., Ltd. as the investor responsible for the construction and operation of the infrastructure. In 2008, it was expanded and became part of Hanoi. Quang Minh Industrial Park – Ha Noi is located in Quang Minh and Chi Dong townships, Me Linh district, Hanoi City Viet Nam.

The industrial park covers a total area of 344,4 hectares. TNI Holdings Vietnam develops and currently manages and operates it through TNPM, which also offers customer support during their business and production processes within the industrial park.

Since its establishment in 2004, Quang Minh Industrial Park has reached its full capacity, occupying 100% of the total area. It hosts 181 enterprises with over 38.000 workers employed in various company factories within the industrial park.

Quang Minh II Industrial Park

Quang Minh II Industrial Park was established under Investment Certificate No. 192023000055 by the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board of Vinh Phuc on September 28, 2007. The project is invested by Hop Quan Investment Co., Ltd., with a total investment capital of 558,98 billion VND. Quang Minh II Industrial Park was approved with a planned area of 266,35 hectares.

On October 8, 2021, the People’s Committee of Hanoi issued Document No. 3428/UBND-ĐT reporting to the Prime Minister about the reduction of the area of Quang Minh II Industrial Park from 266,35 hectares to 160 hectares. This reduction includes 71 hectares of land previously allocated by Vinh Phuc province to 35 companies for their projects before 2009. The completion of land clearance and compensation is also underway. The industrial park is expected to hand over completed infrastructure ready to welcome investment projects by the end of 2024.

Quang Minh Industrial Park

Quang Minh Industrial Park is located in Quang Minh and Chi Dong townships, Me Linh district, Hanoi City, Viet Nam.


  • North: Adjacent to residential areas along the Ca Lo River in Quang Minh commune.
  • South: Adjacent to the Bac Thang Long – Noi Bai expressway.

The industrial park is situated next to the Bac Thang Long – Noi Bai expressway and the Hanoi – Lao Cai railway, and is also close to the Noi Bai International Airport. It is at the starting point of the transportation axis of the Hanoi – Lao Cai railway and National Highway 18, which connects the northern region to Hai Phong Port and Quang Ninh – Cai Lan Deepwater Port, making it very convenient for transportation of goods.

  • Solid waste management involves contracting with specialized units for waste sorting, collection, and transportation to prevent environmental pollution within the industrial zone.

Wastewater Treatment

  • Businesses will treat all industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater to meet at least Grade C water standards before discharging them into the common wastewater system of the industrial park.
  • The industrial park will further treat the wastewater according to the regulations set by the Vietnamese government.
