The People’s Committee of Ninh Binh Province and the Prime Minister of the Government issued Decision No. 1851/QD-UBND dated October 14, 2008, and Document No. 1499/TTg-KTN dated August 18, 2014, respectively, to establish Tam Diep 1 Industrial Park – Ninh Binh.

The Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company invests in and develops Tam Diep 1 Industrial Park.

With a total area of 64 hectares, Tam Diep 1 Industrial Park is located in Quang Son Commune, Tay Son Ward, Tam Diep City, Ninh Binh Province.

The industrial zone adjoins National Highway 1A, lies near the North-South railway line, and is near Ghenh Station. Additionally, it has access to National Highway 12B and the North-South expressway. This location serves as a transportation hub for the North Central Coast and the Red River Delta region, making it one of the three key economic zones in the socio-economic development strategy of Ninh Binh. Tam Diep City has significant potential advantages in economic development, particularly in the industrial, service, tourism, and urban development sectors.

  • The factories in the industrial zone will enter into contracts with specialized waste classification, collection, and transportation units to remove waste from the industrial zone and prevent environmental pollution.

Wastewater treatment:

  • The industrial zone directly discharges treated wastewater that meets environmental standards into the stormwater drainage network.

Communication system:

  • An international standard telecommunications system, including underground optical fiber cables connected to the premises of the businesses within the zone, is equipped in the industrial zone.
