I. Overview of Tan Huong Industrial Park:

The Tan Huong Industrial Park was established according to decision number 1517/TTg of the Prime Minister on September 26, 2006.

  • It was invested and constructed by Nhut Thanh Tan Co., Ltd on a total area of 197.33 hectares in Tan Huong commune, Chau Thanh district, Tien Giang province, located in the key economic region of the South and is a transportation hub between the vast Mekong Delta region and the largest economic center of the country, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • The Tan Huong Industrial Park has completed nearly 100% of the infrastructure plan on a total area of nearly 200 hectares, with a total investment capital of over 547 billion VND.
  • It has attracted 26 domestic and foreign investors with a total investment capital of USD 198 million and 211 billion VND, employing about 10,000 workers.

II. Infrastructure of Tan Huong Industrial Park:

The Tan Huong Industrial Park is equipped with an international standard infrastructure system, including:

Internal transportation system:

  • The internal road system is paved with hot asphalt concrete and designed according to VNH 18 – H30.
  • The main East-West axis road has a width of 33 m.
  • The main North-South axis road has a width of 27 m.
  • The width of the local and internal roads is 19.5 m.

Electricity system:

  • The national power grid meets the TCVN 1985-1994 standard.
  • Voltage level: 22/0.4 Kv (+5;-10%)
  • Frequency: 50 (± 0.5) Hz
  • Power capacity of the power station: 110 Kv: 80 MVA

Clean water system:

  • Meets the TCVN 1329/BYT/02 standard.
  • The water plant can supply 15,000 m3/day.

Communication system:

  • 1,500 IDD telephone lines are provided for the entire industrial park.

Wastewater treatment system:

  • The wastewater treatment plant treats the wastewater to meet the B – National Technical Regulation QCVN: 24:2009/BTNMT before connecting it to the centralized wastewater system of the entire area.
  • The capacity of the wastewater treatment plant is 10,000 m3 per day.
