Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone features a separate lighting system with a dedicated power source distributed along main traffic routes, ensuring safe travel at night.

Water Supply System

Clean water for Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone is sourced from two water treatment plants with a combined capacity of 3.000 m3/day and night. Additionally, water is drawn from Kenh Dong Water Plant, boasting a capacity of 200.000 m3/day and night.

Wastewater and Rainwater Drainage System

The industrial park is equipped with a rainwater drainage system independent of the wastewater drainage system. Rainwater drainage pipes range from D600 to D1500, operating based on the principle of automatic drainage. The wastewater treatment system meets Column A standards QCVN 40:2011, with a capacity of 4.000 m3/day and night for phase 1.

Information and Communication Systems

Utilizing fiber optic cable, sea lines, and ADSL from major networks such as Viettel and FPT, Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone’s telecommunications system is robust.   • From January 1, 2016, if the tax rate of 22% is applied, it will be reduced to 20%.
  • Corporate income tax incentives at 10% for a period of 15 years under the following conditions:
    • Income from enterprises in scientific research and technological development projects, applying high technology per the investment priority list in the Law on High Technology, qualifies for tax incentives.
    • Income from enterprises in environmental protection projects, producing pollution treatment and monitoring equipment, qualifies for tax incentives.
  • Preferential tax rate of 10% throughout the operating period for:
    • Income from publishing activities of the publisher according to regulations, including publishing, printing, and releasing publications.
  • A 20% tax rate applies for a period of 10 years to:
    • Income from enterprises in fields like manufacturing energy-saving products and machinery for agriculture qualifies for tax incentives. This also includes refining animal feed, poultry, and aquatic products.

Tax Exemption and Reduction Period

  • The tax exemption applies for the initial 2 years, followed by a 50% tax reduction for the subsequent 4 years. This is applicable to income from businesses implementing new investment projects in industrial parks.
  • The tax exemption and reduction period begins from the first year of taxable income. If no income in the initial 3 years, it starts from the 4th year when revenue is generated.

Besides tax incentives, businesses and investors in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone receive free support for investment certification and other legal processes.
