Texhong – Hai Ha Industrial Park was established according to Decision 648/QD-UBND dated March 11, 2016, by the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province, located in the Hai Ha Industrial and Seaport Zone, Hai Ha district, Quang Ninh Province. The industrial park is invested in and developed by Texhong Industrial Park Vietnam Limited.

With a total area of 660 hectares and an equivalent investment capital of 215 million USD, Texhong – Hai Ha Industrial Park is one of the largest industrial parks in Quang Ninh province, participating in the investment of advanced and modern textile and garment production lines. As of Q1/2021, the investor of Texhong – Hai Ha Industrial Park has completed the clearance of approximately 532 out of 660 hectares in phase I.

II. Geographical location of Texhong – Hai Ha Industrial Park – Quang Ninh:

Texhong – Hai Ha Industrial Park is located in the Hai Ha district, Quang Ninh province.

Geographical boundaries:

  • The northern boundary borders Quang Ha town.
  • The southern boundary borders the Hai Ha seaport area.

  • The western boundary borders Quang Phong commune.

Internal Transportation:

  • The industrial park features a modern internal transportation system, including main roads and branches, facilitating convenient movement within the park.

Power Supply System:

  • The industrial park is supplied with electricity through a substation with a capacity of (2×250+3×63) MVA.
  • The total length of the 220kV transmission lines connecting to the national grid is approximately 3,400m.

Water System:

  • Water is sourced from the Quang Ninh Water Plant, with a capacity of 80,000m3/day.

Wastewater and Stormwater System:

  • A separate system is built for wastewater and stormwater drainage. Wastewater from factories is treated locally at production facilities, following the newly prescribed standard, before being discharged into the park’s shared wastewater system and directed to the centralized wastewater treatment plant.

Waste Treatment:

  • Daily waste and hazardous waste are collected and centralized according to regulations.
  • They are then sorted and transported to the centralized treatment area.

Wastewater Treatment:

  • The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 20,000 m3/day.

Discharge Standard:

  • The treated wastewater meets the discharge standard specified in QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT (National Technical Regulation on Industrial Wastewater – Issued with Circular No. 47/2011/TT-BTMT dated December 28, 2011).

Communication and Information System:

  • Postal and telecommunication services within the industrial park are provided by the Vietnam Post and Telecommunication Group (VNPT).
  • Each plot of land has installed and made readily available fiber optic cables for internet services.
