Yen My II Industrial Zone, spanning an area of 313.5 hectares, is a multi-sector-focused industrial zone established by the Vietnamese government in 2015.

The infrastructure development and investment are led by Hoa Phat Urban Development and Construction Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Hoa Phat Group, a leading private conglomerate in Vietnam.

Situated on National Highway 39 in Yen My District, Hung Yen Province.

The Prime Minister approved the expansion of the zone by an additional 216 hectares according to the Provincial Industrial Zone Development Plan until 2020.

• Be exempt from corporate income tax for 2 years and enjoy a 50% reduction in the amount of tax payable for the next 4 years for enterprises implementing new investment projects in the industrial zone.

Import tax:

Investment projects in the industrial zone are exempt from import tax on imported goods to create fixed assets by the provisions of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax.
