It provides ecological solutions to investors, aligning with the requirements of sustainable development and international integration.
Businesses investing in Deep C III Industrial Park can benefit from tax incentives within the economic zone, as well as enjoy stable electricity supply, high-quality water, and similar services as offered in the existing Deep C zones. The Deep C Industrial Park complex will be a reliable partner and investment destination for investors.
I. Overview of Deep C Hai Phong III Industrial Park
On October 5, 2017, a groundbreaking ceremony marked the launch of Deep C Hai Phong III Industrial Park. It focuses on supporting industries, logistics, and comprehensive sectors. Strategically located near Lach Huyen Port in Cat Hai Town, Hai Phong City, it covers 520 hectares and attracts over 260 million USD in investment. The park aims to attract investors in automotive support, logistics, light industry, and comprehensive sectors, capitalizing on its strategic position within ASEAN.
Deep C III operates as an eco-industrial park, prioritizing emissions and waste reduction. It provides eco-friendly solutions to meet sustainable development and international integration requirements. Taking the lead in Hai Phong City, it spearheads the initiative for eco-industrial parks, aiming to establish a model of sustainable industrial parks in Vietnam.
The notable feature of Deep C Hai Phong III is the development of a logistics center integrated with port and warehouse facilities. Businesses investing in the park benefit from its prime location adjacent to Vinfast, Vietnam’s first automobile manufacturing plant. Moreover, the industrial park offers comprehensive and attractive tax incentives for investment projects within the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone.
II. Geographical location of Deep C Hai Phong III
Deep C Hai Phong III Industrial Park enjoys excellent transportation connections. It is strategically located near Hai Phong International Gateway Port, Tan Vu – Lach Huyen Bridge, Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway, and Hai Phong – Ha Long – China Expressway.
The park’s proximity to Lach Huyen Port, the first deep-water port in Northern Vietnam, allows investors to optimize import and export costs by utilizing direct transportation routes instead of relying on transshipment in Hong Kong or Singapore. Moreover, with the expansion of Hai Phong International Airport and the newly developed highway network connecting Hanoi and Ha Long, Deep C III emerges as an ideal hub for container storage projects, offering services for bulk cargo transportation, specialized cargo transportation, spare parts supply center, and air freight transportation.

Transportation system
DEEP C Industrial Park has a well-organized transportation system with main and secondary roads.
The main roads in the industrial zone are wide, ranging from 68m, 60m, to 56m.
The secondary roads in the industrial zone are narrower, with widths of 46m, 36m, 34m, 21m, and 16m.
Power system
The industrial zone relies on three power sources for electricity: the national power grid (220kV), the regional power grid (110kV) for backup, and renewable energy such as solar and wind. The total capacity is 626MVA, with a three-level protection system. It operates 24/7 under supervision to ensure immediate isolation and minimize disruptions.
Water demands
To meet water demands, the industrial zone provides a daily capacity of 20.000m3 of water, ensuring stable supply for businesses.
Drainage system
The comprehensive wastewater and stormwater management system follows the road networks and focuses on treatment facilities. It includes underground reinforced concrete pipelines, manholes, backup reservoirs, and open channels with tide gates.
Waste
Waste is classified, collected, and transported from factories to centralized disposal sites in the city.
Wastewater treatment
DEEP C Hai Phong III operates a wastewater treatment plant meeting ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. It runs 24/7 with an initial capacity of 6.000m3/day, expandable to 12.000m3/day. Wastewater is collected from customer factories and treated to higher quality than natural water before discharge. Sludge is reused after treatment, and the treated water is reused for irrigation.
Port
The liquid bulk port bridge in Deep C is designed for vessels of 10.000 to 20.000 DWT.
Fire protection system
The industrial zone conducts regular inspections of customer pipelines and performs monitoring and maintenance of auxiliary equipment and port structure. An installed fire protection system ensures a pressure of 5-7 bar and a reservoir capacity of 1,000m3 throughout the port area.
Telecommunications
DEEP C offers flexible telecommunications solutions to investors through its one-stop model, ensuring stable and reliable connectivity without the need for new infrastructure investment when changing service providers.
