Deep C Joint Stock Company invests in the Deep C Quang Ninh I Industrial Park (Nam Tien Phong Industrial Park), located in Quang Ninh province, Vietnam. It spans 478.4 hectares and aims to develop a comprehensive service, seaport, industrial, and urban area to offer logistics and transportation services. The provincial People’s Committee approved the project in Decision No. 2165/QD-UBND on September 29, 2014.
This industrial zone features synchronized infrastructure, necessary technical facilities, an operation center, a service port, and supporting facilities. Its design prioritizes environmental protection, ecosystem preservation, fire and explosion prevention, and safety for investors. It also integrates harmoniously with neighboring urban areas. The infrastructure system includes port infrastructure, warehouse and logistics facilities, utilities, standard workshops, and a port for vessel anchorage and storage.
The industrial zone has already reclaimed 30 hectares of land. The investor has completed reclamation for approximately 30 hectares and is currently constructing embankments for the remaining 87.3 hectares on the east side and 45.5 hectares on the west side. Quang Ninh province has issued land use rights certificates for two areas, measuring 9.33 hectares and 45.5 hectares. Additionally, internal road construction to connect the reclaimed areas within the industrial zone is underway.

An independent power supply is established with a dedicated 110/22kV substation and a capacity of (40+63) MVA. The high-voltage connection is made from the 110kV Cho Roc line to Cat Hai. Future plans include a 110kV line from the 220kV Song Khoai substation to the designated area as per the provincial power plan.
The Yen Lap Water Plant serves as the source of the water supply. They have constructed a boosting pumping station with a capacity of 12,000m3/day and night.
Separate systems are in place for stormwater and wastewater. Wastewater from the factories undergoes localized treatment according to the new standard before being discharged into the shared wastewater system of the industrial zone, leading to the centralized wastewater treatment plant.
Contracted factories within the industrial zone handle waste management, including segregation, collection, and transportation, to prevent environmental pollution. They also filter exhaust gases from the factories in accordance with national standards before releasing them into the natural environment.
They have established a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 10,000m3/day and night.
The underground communication cable system equips the industrial zone to provide standard international connectivity services. It extends to the factory fences through an international standard cable system, ensuring all necessary communication services.
