III. Infrastructure of Minh Ngan – Amic – Resco Urban Area:
Minh Ngan – Amic – Resco urban area, with its strategic location, is easily accessible via Provincial Road 8, a well-maintained 12m-wide road (soon to be expanded to 40m). Upon arrival, investors can utilize internal roads, including N4 (36m wide) and D1 (32m wide) lanes with 4 lanes, connecting to factories.
Electricity supply is sourced from Long An Power Company’s 22kV medium-voltage line. Plans for 110kV connection are underway, along with 40+63MVA power from the local grid.
The water supply comes from two sources:
Phu My Vinh Water Plant (15,000 m³/day) and Kênh Đông Water Plant (30,000 m³/day). It costs 8,600VND/m³, offering a water pressure of 2.5-3kg/cm², with no limitations on consumption.
The wastewater, treated to B-grade according to Vietnamese standards, will be collected from plants within the area. It will then undergo further processing to A-grade before discharge, with a treatment fee of 6,000VND/m³.
The Minh Ngan – Amic – Resco Urban Area is responsible for treating wastewater to A-grade before releasing it into the environment, adhering to QCVN 24:2009 BTNMT standards.
Telecommunication services are committed to meeting all investor requirements. They connect to Telecommunication Long An’s network, providing over 2,400 telephone lines and high-speed transmission services.
