Regarding utilities, the park has a reliable power supply sourced from a transformer station and high-voltage power lines distributed along the internal roads. It also enjoys a clean water supply of 30.000m3/day from the Hanoi clean water plant through an internationally standardized pipeline system.
The park has efficient water and waste management systems, with wastewater treated to Grade A water standards before discharge. Waste is responsibly sorted, collected, and transported out of the industrial park. Emission control systems are in place to meet national environmental standards.
