Hoa Cam Industrial Park has a favorable geographical position in the southwest of Danang City, adjacent to National Highway 14B within the East-West Economic Corridor.
Especially, the Lien Chieu – Dung Quat Expressway runs through the middle of the Industrial Park with a 60-meter section.
Hoa Cam Industrial Park is the most strategically located industrial park among the five industrial parks in Danang. It is close to important infrastructure facilities of Danang City such as Tien Sa Port, Han River Port, Danang International Airport, Danang Railway Station, etc.
Infrastructure of Hoa Cam Industrial Park:
Hoa Cam Industrial Park has invested in complete and synchronous infrastructure such as power supply, water supply, traffic, and communication systems…
Internal transportation system:
The internal traffic system of the industrial park connects to the outside traffic through 4 entrance gates. These entrances are strategically located in four directions, ensuring convenient movement of workers and transportation of goods.
The main transportation network of the industrial park consists of three main axes connecting from National Highway 14B to the center of the industrial park, dividing the land into four zones. The industrial park has three main roads designed with 3 lanes and a road width of 11.25m. Additionally, there is a sidewalk measuring 2×6 meters, and a red road boundary spanning 23.25 meters. The secondary roads have a width of two lanes, a sidewalk of 2×4.5 meters, and a red road boundary of 16.5 meters.
The internal transportation system follows a grid pattern with road intersections spaced approximately 300-400 meters apart. This design aims to optimize the utilization of both sides of the roads within the industrial park.
Power supply system:
The industrial park is supplied with electricity from the Cau Do Substation with a capacity of 110/35/22KV(2×25)MVA. The 22KV (dual circuit) electrical network will supply 22/0.4KA substations for each enterprise and factory.
Enterprises in the industrial park only need to invest in equipment and internal lighting after the 22/0.4KA transformer station for the enterprise.
Water supply system:
Cau Do Water Plant provides clean water to the industrial area. The factory has a capacity of 210,000m3/day. Cau Do water plant uses Ø200 pipes along National Highway 14B to supply water to the industrial park.
The water supply system for enterprises has water meters of each factory and enterprise to ensure the quality and quantity for production and living purposes.
Wastewater drainage and treatment system:
The technological zone treats wastewater generated from standard factories and enterprises. The wastewater treatment plant will then discharge the wastewater into the industrial park’s wastewater network. Additionally, it undergoes further treatment at the park’s wastewater treatment plant. The plant has a capacity of 4,000 m3/day.
The industrial park’s wastewater treatment plant will treat wastewater up to TCVN 5945-2005 standard before discharging it into the general drainage system of the area.
Postal and telecommunications services:
The industrial park will establish a postal and telecommunications network with modern equipment meeting international standards. This includes the installation of a Main Distribution Frame (MDF).
Telephone and high-speed internet transmission systems, provided by the postal and telecommunications sector, are capable of meeting all the requirements of investors.
