Electricity supply: Consistently reliable, any issues promptly addressed. The source is from a 110/35/22kV transformer station, with a capacity of 25MVA.
Water supply: Provides clean water to meet the zone’s demand with a capacity of 24,000m3 per day.
Transportation system: Ensures smooth transport and logistics for large trucks. The main traffic axis is 24.5m wide. Internal roads range from 10.5m to 15m wide. The total length of internal routes is 19.29km, with 2.56km connecting roads to other provinces.
Wastewater system: Separately and comprehensively designed to ensure wastewater doesn’t impact people’s health and activities. Wastewater is centrally processed at the treatment station with a 5000m3 per day capacity. The zone has two main drainage systems: wastewater and rainwater. Wastewater treatment cost: 6,873 VND/m3.
Rainwater is automatically directed to collection wells, draining into the river via gutters. Wastewater undergoes primary treatment at a Type B quality plant before secondary biological treatment with Type A bio meters, before being discharged into the river.
Communications system: Internet service is provided by major domestic networks such as VNPT, FPT, Viettel, Vinaphone, etc. Each enterprise can have phone lines extended to it, ensuring a stable communication network.
